User description

Minecraft is a extremely popular multiplayer video recreation that has been integrated into quite a lot of academic settings. We propose to conduct a workshop throughout which contributors will study the fundamentals of playing the game Minecraft in addition to the best way to develop lesson plans in Minecraft. These lesson plans may be implemented in undergraduate programs, K12 courses, or used for research initiatives by which the contributors attempt to do something within the digital world created by Minecraft. In the course of the session, attendants will be inspired to ask questions using the Twitter Hashtag: #SITE2014MCCitationRecord, J., Bryan, B., Slawson, J. & Misner, T. (2014). Growing Academic Ideas for and Inside Minecraft. In M. Searson & M. Ochoa (Eds.), Proceedings of SITE 2014--Society for Info Expertise & Instructor Education International Convention (pp. 1681-1683).
