This is a flat rate environment with lots of hours available. Our Technicians work in a modern, well-equipped shop with the best tools and equipment. Our shop is certified in many makes and models of vehicles with more pending and as part of the CSN network, you will have access to state-of-the-art training. Our team is important to us and we are on the hunt for a talented, experienced Autobody Tech to join us.

POSITION SCOPE:

Reporting to our highly experienced and good-natured Location Manager, the Autobody Technician is of paramount importance to our team performing an integral role in ensuring that customers leave our shop 100% satisfied. You will have the opportunity to learn from some of the industry's most talented! Your goal is to provide the highest quality product while maintaining our commitment toward established professional standards that have always set our location apart from our competition. YOU MUST HAVE:

A demonstrated love and passion for cars, trucks and all things automobile
A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment
A demonstrated positive, work ethic and take pride in delivering a quality repaired vehicle
The ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
The ability to perform equipment audits to check for acceptable performance and detect faults and possible malfunctions
A goal-oriented mindset, enabling the collaboration with other automotive technicians and shop employees to ensure a high degree of cleanliness and order in the repair area(s)
Your safety is very important to us. As a candidate, you must show a desire to ensure the highest set of safety standards are met in accordance with our corporate guidelines.
WHAT YOU BRING

Someone with at least 5+ years as a ticketed technician

Certifications including, I-CAR, OEM, and CCC will give you a substantial advantage

Must be able to follow complex instructions with minimal supervision and be able to tolerate the physical demands of the job including lifting up to 50 lbs

Knowledge and desire to be at the forefront of the collision repair industry, including an understanding of the material makeup and technological infrastructure of tomorrow’s vehicles

An understanding of vehicle systems and technology and the need to look up and follow OEM repair procedures as well as pre and post-scan of all vehicles and calibrate modules as necessary.
